The POS Daily Payroll Costs Report is a breakdown of daily Staff costs.

Requirements:
You will need to be a staff member with Back Office app permissions. You will need to be utilizing the Flipdish POS Payroll module for this report to populate.
Instructions:
Step 1 - Log into your Point of Sale Back Office with your email address and password.
Step 2 - Click on the Business or Store name in the top right drop down.
Selecting the Business Name will aggregate sales data for all stores.
Selecting the Store Name will filter data for that Store only.
Step 3 - Click "Reports" in the left panel.
Step 4 - Click "Payroll."
Step 5 - Click "Daily Payroll Costs."
Step 6 - Add your date period.

Key Terms
Wages Cost = Actual Wage + Holiday Pay + Bonus - Deductions.
Adjusted Cost: Actual Wage = Attendance Hour x Hourly Wage
Scheduled Cost: The Scheduled hours worked by the employee multiplied by employee's hourly rate.
Actual Cost: The actual hours worked by the employee multiplied by the employee's hourly rate.
Bonus: Includes any bonus payouts the employee earned for that pay period. This could include any bonuses incurred from upselling points.
Employer NI Contribution: The amount contributed to National Insurance.
Employer NI Allowance: The amount contributed to National Insurance by the employee.
Employer Pension: The amount contributed to any Pension program offered.
Holiday Hours: Number of Holiday Hours scheduled.
Holiday Cost: Based on the employee's hourly rate and number of Holiday Hours scheduled.
Adjusted Hours: The difference between the number of scheduled and actual hours worked.
Scheduled Hours: The number of hours the employee was scheduled to work.
Actual Hours: The number of actual hours the employee worked.
Employee Net Pay: Wages + Bonus + Pension.
Filters & Grouping
The report will default to grouping data by Property > Staff Member. If you need to rearrange how your data is grouped, you can drag and drop as well as delete grouping settings.
When you hover over the Group column, you'll see 3 horizontal lines. Drag this header column to the grey space labelled "Drag here to set row groups" to update data Grouping.
