Learn how to enable or disable customer notes on kiosks through the portal

Requirements:

Access to Flipdish portal

Content:

Collection of customer notes on the kiosk can be enabled on disabled by using the 'Allow customer notes' toggle on the order settings page.

When enabled, your customers will be able to enter order notes by clicking on the 'Add notes' button on the checkout screen

However, when disabled your customers will not see the option to add notes. They will be seeing a screen like the one shown below.

Note: When customer notes are enabled or disabled through the portal, the changes will affect your website, mobile apps as well as Kiosks.
