Learn how to enable or disable customer notes on kiosks through the portal

Customer notes on the kiosk can be enabled or disabled by using the 'Customer notes' toggle on the order settings page located inside the Kiosk Sales Channel.
From your Flipdish Portal select 'Sales Channels' and from the drop down menu select 'Kiosks'. Select the Sales Channel you wish to have the notes appear on and select 'Order Settings'
Once inside the Order Settings for your Kiosk Sales Channel you will see the option for 'Customer Notes' where you can enable or disable customer notes.
When enabled, your customers will be able to enter order notes by clicking on the 'Chef Notes' box on the checkout screen
However, when disabled your customers will not see the 'Chef Notes' box.
