Requirements:

Portal users with 'Store Owner Access' can view, but not create loyalty campaigns.

Flipdish loyalty campaigns have two available options:

  1. Free meal - This campaign provides the customer with a voucher that's equal to the average spend over their last X amount of orders.

  2. % off - This campaign sends the customer a voucher for a set percentage off their next order after they complete X amount of orders.

Instructions:

1. Once logged into your Flipdish Portal, select 'Marketing' and then 'Campaigns' on the left navigation bar.

2. Select '"Create a loyalty campaign" and a pop-up box will appear.

If you already have campaigns and are looking to create another one, you can select '"Add new"' on the bottom right of the page and a pop-up box will appear to create your campaign.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Why would I '"Round Off"' a voucher value?

A. Rounding off helps create a better overall experience for the end-user. Our vouchers are calculated as a % discount or as an average of their previous orders. This can result in voucher values such as 5.78 or 11.17. In our view, it is a much better experience to round these values up to the nearest 0.50 or 1.00. This is why we give you the following rounding options

  • Up to the nearest 1.00 (default option)

  • Up to the nearest 0.50

  • No Rounding

Q. How are '"Free Meals"' calculated?

A. Free meals are calculated using the average value of the previous orders placed. The end user is then given a loyalty voucher of this value, this calculation excludes any other vouchers that were used in the placing of an order.
