Learn how to give your staff members access to the Flipdish Portal.
It is possible to invite teammates to your account and allow them to access all or a subset of features in the Portal.
Access levels
Owner: Can access all stores and settings. Can invite teammates.
Managed Owner: Can access all stores and settings. Some settings which could cause the store to become offline are locked. Can invite teammates.
Store manager: recommended for store managers. You can give these teammates access to a set of stores, or all stores.
Store staff: recommended for staff. Store staff has access to only what is required to accept and reject orders and a limited set of related features. You can give these teammates access to a set of stores, or all stores.
Finance manager: recommended for accountants and people who need to view data but not make any changes or deal with orders or customers.
Inviting teammates
1. Login to the Flipdish Portal and click the Settings screen.
2. Click on Teammates on the left hand menu
3. Click the + Invite button.
4. Then type in the email address of the teammate to invite and select their desired access level.
They will receive an invitation email within a minute or two giving them access to the store. The invitation link the email will expire after 30 days. You can always resend the invite if needed - to do it, go back to Teammates section of the Portal and click 'resend invite' next to the 'Last active' status.
