Learn how to view, manage and your online orders.
Requirements:
Flipdish Portal access
User role: Owner, Store Owner, Store Manager, or Store Staff
Review orders
To view orders, please visit the Orders page in the Flipdish Portal.
Example Orders page
Filter & search
On the Orders page, you'll see orders across all Stores that you have access to. You can search and filter orders by status, full ID, or Stores.
Review orders
You can quickly review all orders on this page by looking at the table contents:
Icon colour: purple - pending (not yet reviewed), red - rejected, green - accepted
Icon image: vehicle - delivery order, building - collection order
Order ID: a unique order number
Requested for: indicates that and date that the order was requested for (please note this time does not equal the time you accepted the order for)
Store name: indicates which store was it ordered from
Order amount: monetary value of the order - this is the final paid value, with vouchers applied if used
Payment status: paid or unpaid
Customer: the name and phone number of the customer, who made the order
Live view
If you are using Flipdish Portal on Desktop, you can use 'LIVE VIEW' option available in the top right corner of the page, which will put all current Orders in a full screen mode, from where they are easier to manage during restaurant opening hours.
Order details
To view order details, click on the relevant line in the Orders table.
Example Order Details page
From the Order Details page you can:
See full customer details: name, delivery address (if applicable), phone number, delivery distance, and email address (if provided)
Time the order was accepted for and requested for
Ordered items
Order value with delivery fee (if applicable), vouchers (if used) and processing fee
Delivery and Chef notes
3rd party delivery details (if applicable)
From this page you can:
Accept order
Reject order
Refund order
