Change Store Visibility on Sales Channels
Updated over 4 months ago

This article explains how to change store visibility on your sales channels, specifically website, iOS app, Android app. This feature is particularly useful, if you would like to exclude specific stores, eg. those that have Kiosk menu, from showing on website or mobile apps.

Requirements:

  • Flipdish Portal user role: Owner or Managed Owner

  • Applies to brands that use Flipdish website (or embedded web ordering system) and mobile apps (iOS and/or Android)

Instructions for changing store visibility on website sales channel:

  1. Login to Flipdish Portal.

  2. Navigate to Sales Channel -> Website page via the left-hand side navigation bar.

  3. Click on the Stores visibility option.

  4. On the page, by default, all stores are selected to be visible on the website channel. By using the store selector/filter, you can select only the stores you would like to appear on the website, by typing in the store name or finding it on the list, and clicking on it to add as a 'chip'. The unselected stores will not show on the website.

  5. The setting is automatically saved - you should see a green confirmation message at the bottom of the screen to see the stores you have added.
