Set Custom Lead Times With Your Oracle Micros Simphony Integration

By default the Oracle Simphony and Flipdish integration will use 20/25 minutes lead time for collection orders (Mon-Thus/Fri-Sun) and 45/55 minutes lead time for Delivery orders (Mon-Thus/Fri-Sun).

If you would prefer to use custom daily lead times for collection and delivery orders then all you need to do is go to your Simphony workstation and open the Flipdish Windows POS app which should already be running on your station.

Once you have it open, simply open the 'Lead Times' section and choose what lead times you want to use for each service and each day of the week. These can be updated and changed any time you want.
