This page contains instructions on how to replace the paper on Kiosks per model.

Printing Paper Sizes

In general the Kiosk models K2, K2 Mini, T2 all support 80mm and 57mm width paper roll sizes.

T2 15"

  1. Open the latch on the right side (Facing the Kiosk from the front)

  2. Insert the roll of paper (The paper tip should hang from the front/top)

  3. Extend a bit of the paper so the tip will hang from the outside when closed.

  4. Close the paper tray door.

  1. Open the Kiosk (Using the Flipdish Key)

  2. Locate printer (Bottom of Kiosk)

  3. Pull lever

  4. Insert the thermal roll

  5. Close kiosk

K2 24'

  1. Press the 2 side buttons

  2. Pull the door/lid

  3. Flick the latch at the top right of the black front frame (Printer door)

  4. Remove the rolling pin

  5. Insert the new paper on the rolling pin

  6. Insert the paper on the printer paper compartment

  7. Extend the tip (from the top), so you have a bit of access hanging when the printer door is closed.

Note: The Kiosk might make a sound when the printer lid is not closed correctly, or the Kiosk paper is not placed correctly.

  1. Open the Kiosk (Using the Flipdish Key)

  2. Locate printer (Bottom of Kiosk)

  3. Pull lever

  4. Insert the thermal roll

  5. Close lid

  6. Close Kiosk
