The Tips Report provides you with a breakdown of total tips, refunded tips, tips by delivery type, and tips split by store.
To access the Tips Report, follow the below steps:
Login to your Flipdish Portal.
Click on the Reports option in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen.
Select the Tips Report option from the list of reports.
Filters
The filters section, found at the top of the page, provides granularity for exploring your tips data. The following is a list of the set of filters and a brief explanation of what each does:
Time period - The time period for which data will be considered, for which the default setting is the Previous Month.
Currency - The currency for which data will be considered. Preselected to the relevant currency of the operating country in which your stores reside.
Stores - The stores for which data will be considered.
Channel - The Flipdish products for which data will be considered.
Reading the Report
The report displays the following metrics:
Total tips - Total tips, before refunds have been issued.
Delivery tips - Total tips from delivery orders.
Pick up tips - Total tips from pick up/ in store orders.
Refunded tips - Total refunded tips (tips from orders which have been refunded).
Tips per store - Total tips broken down by store.
Refunded tips per store - Total refunded tips broken down by store.
Tips per week - Total weekly tips, split by order delivery type.
Delivery tips vs pick up tips - Total tips broken down by delivery / pick up orders.
Downloading Data
You can download the report in two ways:
Clicking on the three dots to the top right of each table, choose the “Download data” option to download the data from that particular table.
Clicking on the three dots (kebab menu) in the top right corner of the page, choose the “Download” option to download the content of the whole report at once.
Scheduling Emails
You can receive the content of this report directly to your email address on a schedule that you choose. To do this:
Click on the three dots (kebab menu) in the top right corner of the page
Select the “Schedule delivery” option
Change the recurrence to choose how often and at what times you would like to receive the report
Enter at least one email address into the email addresses field
Choose your desired format (CSV, PDF, or PNG image)
Apply any desired filters or custom formatting options on the Filters or Advanced options tabs
Click “Save” to set up your schedule
