A number of reports available in the Portal allow you to receive the content to your email as a .pdf, .csv, or .png file. You can define when you'd like to receive these.

This applies to certain pages within the 'Reports' area of the Portal, including:

Instructions:
Open the report you wish to receive automatically via email
Open the three dots menu (the menu) in the top right of the page and select 'Schedule delivery'
On the settings page, define when and how often you would like to receive the report. You will also need to enter at least one email address to receive the report, and to select the format you would like the report to be provided in. Please take care to ensure that recipient email addresses are correct.
The 'Test now' button allows you to immediately receive the report to ensure that the format is suitable.
The Filters tab allows you to define any filters that are applied to the report. Each scheduled report will be generated with these filters applied; for example you might wish to receive the same report as both a weekly and monthly report, which is possible using the corresponding filters for two different schedules.
The Advanced options tab provides some extra options for customizing the layout of the scheduled report.
You will now receive your chosen report to your email on the schedule you have defined.
How to stop the schedule:
Open the three dots menu (the menu) in the top right of the page and select 'Schedule delivery'
Select 'Delete'
You will now STOP receiving your chosen report to your email on the schedule you have defined.
