Order notes are intended to send necessary information from the Front of House to the Back of House.
When staff enter an order to Flipdish POS, there are two options available to add notes.
Option 1) Kitchen Instructions: Used to communicate order information to staff and guests. These notes are visible to all staff.
Option 2) Notes: available to add additional customer details to an order. This information is not visible to the customer, does not print on the customer receipt and will not be visible to the chef.
