There are three methods to turn off your PixelPoint integration or stop receiving orders on your Flipdish Windows app.
Note: If your store is integrated with Pixelpoint, following these steps will stop the integration.
Method 1 - Quit the Flipdish Windows app (recommended method)
Requirements:
Flipdish Windows app access
Bring the app to the foreground and click Exit.
On the confirmation screen, press Quit.
Method 2 - Log out of the Flipdish Windows app
Requirements:
Flipdish Windows app access
Bring the app to the foreground and click Log Out.
Method 3 - Remove access to the store for the user
Requirements:
Flipdish Portal Access (portal.flipdish.com)
Teammates/User level:
Owner
Store Owner
Manager Owner
Visit portal.flipdish.com and open the Settings screen.
Click on Teammates on the left hand menu
Click on the Teammate whose account was used to log into the Flipdish Windows app.
Remove the stores from the Teammate and press Save.
After following these steps, orders won't be coming to your Flipdish Windows app, therefore they will have to be accepted via the Flipdish portal or terminal.
