Learn how to disable your PixelPoint integration
There are two methods to turn off your PixelPoint integration or stop receiving orders on your Flipdish Windows app.
Method 1 - Log out of the Flipdish Windows app
(Reccomended)
Requirements:
Flipdish Windows app access
Bring the app to the foreground and click Log Out.
Method - Exit the Flipdish Windows app
Requirements:
Flipdish Windows app access
Bring the app to the foreground and click Exit.
On the confirmation screen, press Quit.
Note: The Windows app might start again when you restart your Point of Sale
After following these steps, orders won't be coming to your Poitn of Sale, therefore they will have to be accepted via the Flipdish portal or terminal.
