Learn how to enable/disable the 'customer name' and 'phone number' on a Flipdish Kiosk
Requirements:
Portal user with 'Owner Access'.
Instructions:
Go to Sales Channels > Kiosks > Sales Channel.
Click on the sales channel linked to the kiosk.
Navigate to Kiosk Settings.
Once in Kiosk Settings, you can enable/disable the option to "Require the customer name."
You can also enable/disable the option to "Request customer phone number."
Based on your preference, choose whether this option should be optional or required.
