Enable / Disable Customer Name and Phone Number Requirements on Your Kiosk

Learn how to enable/disable the 'customer name' and 'phone number' on a Flipdish Kiosk

Requirements:

  • Portal user with 'Owner Access'.

Instructions:

  • Go to Sales Channels > Kiosks > Sales Channel.

  • Click on the sales channel linked to the kiosk.

  • Navigate to Kiosk Settings.

  • Once in Kiosk Settings, you can enable/disable the option to "Require the customer name."

  • You can also enable/disable the option to "Request customer phone number."

  • Based on your preference, choose whether this option should be optional or required.
