You can import your existing customers from your old system into Flipdish RMS if you can provide the customer details in CSV file format.
Requirements:
Login access to Flipdish Portal as Owner.
Existing customer details in CSV file format with following recommended columns of information: Sample file
Name | Phone Number | Address 1 | Email Address |
Phone Number is required at minimum
Instructions:
Once you have the existing customer details in CSV file, you can follow the steps given below to import this file into Flipdish Portal (see images appended below for additional hints):
Login to your Flipdish Portal.
Go to 'Marketing' on the left hand side menu and select 'Customers'.
Click on 'RMS'.
Click on 'Import Customers'.
Browse to your CSV file location and choose the file.
Click Save.
You are now done and your existing customer data is now imported into Flipdish RMS, ready to be accessed in Point of Sale.
