Set Up Flipdish Store Hour Overrides through Flipdish Portal

Requirements:

  • Login access as Owner or Managed Owner

  • Flipdish Storefront is created for Flipdish store

  • Order ingest is setup correctly for the Flipdish storefront

Instructions:

  1. Login to Flipdish portal.

  2. Navigate through the Home page.

  3. Find the Flipdish Storefront for which Business Hour Override is required to be set up.

  4. Choose "Hour Overrides".

  5. Quick close option

    • Select dispatch type

      1. Only Collection and Delivery dispatch types are allowed for Flipdish.

      2. 'Pickup' dispatch type is referred to as 'Collection'.

      3. You can pick 'Collection', 'Delivery' or Both.

    • Pick one of the preset times.

    • If preorders should be enabled while the store is closed, mark the "Allow preorders while sales channel is closer".

  6. To place a close or open override

    • Click on the date where the override should start.

    • On the top, select if the override is for closing or opening the store.

    • Select the dispatch type.

    • If preorders should be enabled while the store is closed, mark the "Allow preorders while sales channel is closer".

    • You can edit the days and hours for the override. If AM or PM is not specified, the time must be set in military time (00:00 to 23:59).


  7. To delete an override, select the override from the calendar, and press 'Remove'.

  8. Note: If multiple Storefronts are linked to the same Flipdish store i.e. the App ID and Store ID in the storefront's order ingest is the same, saving the business hour override in one storefront will update the business hour override in the other storefronts as well.
