Requirements:
Login access to System Admin, Support Admin, Elevated Support or Owner
Flipdish Storefront is created for Flipdish store
Order ingest is setup correctly for the Flipdish storefront
Instructions:
Login to RMS Portal
Select the property from the dropdown on top right.
Click on the Configurations tab from the left pane.
Choose Organization > Storefronts
Select the Flipdish Storefront for which Business Hour Override is required to be set up.
Choose Business Hour Overrides.
To enter an override press the 'Add Override' button
To add an override, select whether the override is to open or close the store.
Select dispatch type
Only Collection and Delivery dispatch types are allowed for Flipdish.
'Pickup' dispatch type is referred to as 'Collection' in RMS Portal.
If no dispatch types are selected, override will be applied to both dispatch types (Delivery and Collection).
Enter Start Date and Time
Enter End Date and Time
Once the details of the override are added, press Save
The store hour override will be published to the Flipdish Store.
To Edit an override, double click the override from the list and edit the storefront.
Once the edit is complete, press Save.
Store hour override will be updated on Flipdish Portal as well
To delete an override, select the override from the list, and press the 'Delete Override' button.
The override will be deleted from the Flipdish store hour override as well.
Note: If multiple RMS storefronts are linked to the same Flipdish store i.e. the App ID and Store ID in the storefront's order ingest is the same, saving the business hour override in one storefront will update the business hour override in the other storefronts as well.
