Requirements:
Login access (Owner or Managed Owner).
Flipdish Storefront is created for Flipdish store.
Order ingest is setup correctly for the Flipdish storefront.
Instructions:
Setting up Property Opening Hours:
Login to Flipdish Portal.
On the left hand side menu, go to Properties.
Select the desired property.
Go to Settings.
Choose Opening Hours.
Update your opening hours to your liking. You can have separate opening hours for Collection and Delivery.
Note: If you want to add a gap between hours, separate the times with a comma. For example: 12:00-15:00, 16:00-22:00, in this case the store will open from 12 PM to 10 PM, except from 3 PM to 4 PM.
Once the opening hours are entered for all 7 days of the week, press Save.
Setting up Flipdish Storefront / Marketplace Opening Hours:
Login to Flipdish Portal.
On the left hand side menu, go to Properties.
Select the desired property.
Select the desired storefront. (This works for Kiosk, Web and App).
Choose Opening Hours.
As you can see, this is quite similar to the property opening hours, and works the same way. The only difference here, is you can use your property hours for the selected storefront if they are the same. If not, you can set up whatever hours you want the storefront to be active.
