Requirements:
Login access to System Admin, Support Admin, Elevated Support or Owner
Flipdish Storefront is created for Flipdish store
Order ingest is setup correctly for the Flipdish storefront
Instructions:
Login to RMS Portal
Select the property from the dropdown on top right.
Click on the Configurations tab from the left pane.
Choose Organization > Storefronts
Select the Flipdish Storefront for which opening hours are required to be set up.
Choose Opening Hours.
Enter the Opening Hours for all days of the week.
For any given day start time, end time and dispatch type are required to be entered.
Only Delivery and Collection dispatch types are allowed for Flipdish Storefronts.
'Pickup' dispatch type is referred to as 'Collection' in RMS Portal.If no dispatch type is selected, the opening hour will be applied to both dispatch types (Delivery and Collection).
A total of 2 opening hours are allowed for a dispatch type for Flipdish Storefront.
If the store is open or closed for the whole day during any given day of the week, 'All Day Open' or 'All Day Closed' entry respectively, should be selected from the start time hour dropdown
Once the opening hours are entered for all 7 days of the week, press Save.
The opening hours will be published to the Flipdish Store.
Note: If multiple RMS storefronts are linked to the same Flipdish store i.e. the App ID and Store ID in the storefront's order ingest is the same, saving the opening hours in one storefront will update the opening hours in the other storefronts as well.
