Create a New Sales Channel

Dig into the details of configuring multiple Sales Channels on Flipdish.

Requirements:

Portal user with 'Owner Access'

When you first signup on Flipdish Portal, a new Organisation will be created, with a single Brand containing a single Sales Channel.

In some cases you might need to create more Brands.

To add more Sales Channels within the same Brand, please follow the steps below:

1. Select the Sales Channel you wish to add and Click the Add Sales Channel button to add a new Sales Channel.

2. You can choose to Create new with fresh settings or Copy data from an existing Sales Channel.

  • If you create a new Sales Channel, default settings will be applied.

  • If you copy data from existing store, all settings will be copied over, but you will still need to publish the store.

3. Once created, you will need to publish your store before it becomes available to your customers on your website and apps.

After following the steps above, your sales channel will be ready and live in your Flipdish ordering system.
