Flipdish Business Review Report

Within the Flipdish Portal, the Business Review report will provide you with key insights and metrics related to your orders, revenue, average order values, customers, and performance of your menu items. This report provides you with a high-level overview of your business performance.

(Please note that the data from your loyalty and retention campaigns can be found in the Campaign Performance Report)

Accessing the Business Review Report

  1. Login to your Flipdish Portal.

  2. Click on the Reports option in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen.

  3. Select the Business Review option from the list of reports.

Filters

The filters section, found at the top of the page, provides granularity for exploring your business performance data. The following is a list of the set of filters and a brief explanation of what each does:

  • Time period - The time period for which data will be considered.

  • Currency - The currency for which data will be considered. Preselected to the relevant currency of the operating country in which your stores reside.

  • Stores - The stores for which data will be considered.

  • View the metric summary by - Select from either ‘Orders’ or ‘Revenue’ to populate the graphs and images in the ‘Metric summary’ section of the report.

  • View apps as - Select from either ‘Ungrouped’ - to explore data with iOS and Android applications being considered separately, or ‘Grouped’ - to explore data where both iOS and Android applications are considered together as ‘Apps’.

Report Sections

Metric Summary

This section provides a high-level examination of key order and revenue metrics. Four static summary figures are provided, with the remainder of the section populated upon choosing a metric using the ‘View metric summary by’ filter. The section includes a breakdown of the chosen metric by channel (iOS/Android/Web/Kiosks/QRCOP), by delivery type (delivery or pick up), by channel & delivery type, rejected orders, reasons for said rejected orders and an overall breakdown of the chosen metric on a store-by-store basis.

Below is an example of one of the graphs shown with the ‘View metric summary by’ filter set to ‘Revenue’ and the ‘View apps as’ filter set to ‘Grouped’.

Average Order Values

This section examines average order values by channel, by day of the week, and by store.

Customer Metrics

This section displays vital customer metrics including the number of new, unique, and repeat customers, average days between orders, and channel breakdowns of unique customers.

Menu Item Performance

In this section, you can find a table of the most to least ordered menu items available on the menus for the chosen stores.

Downloading Data

You can download the report in two ways:

  1. Clicking on the three dots to the top right of each table, choose the “Download data” option to download the data from that particular table.

  2. Clicking on the three dots (kebab menu) in the top right corner of the page, choose the “Download” option to download the content of the whole report at once.
