In this article, you'll find information about Sales Channel settings in the Portal.
Requirements:
Access to Flipdish Portal
User role:
Owner - full access to store settings
Managed Owner and Store Owner - partial access depending on the type of settings
In order to access Sales Channel settings (Method 1):
Login to Flipdish Portal.
Click on the Properties option in the navigation bar on the left hand side.
If you have multiple Properties, select the one where the Sales Channel you want to change settings for is located.
Click on the tile with the Sales Channel you want to change settings for.
In order to access Sales Channel settings (Method 2):
Login to Flipdish Portal.
Click on the Sales Channels option in the navigation bar on the left hand side. Select the Sales Channel you want to change settings for.
If you have multiple Properties, select the one where the Sales Channel you want to change settings for is located from the drop down menu.
Click on the tile with the Sales Channel you want to change settings for.
Store general settings
In this section, you can configure the core information about your Sales Channel:
Sales Channel Name
Menu - you can assign an existing menu to your Store. Currently only one menu can be assigned
Price Band
Phone number - this information will be displayed on the Contact page of your website and mobile app
Store ID - this cannot be changed. It's an identification number for your store. It's also called PRID.
It is important that information on this page are correct, so other functionalities work as intended.
Opening hours
Opening hours allows you to set opening and closing times for your store for delivery and collection services.

Store hour overrides
Store hour overrides allows you to close the store temporarily per service type (delivery or collection), as well as schedule store closures for the future.

Delivery settings
Delivery settings is a home for defining where are you able to deliver products from your store and how much do you charge for deliveries in different delivery zones.

Collection settings
Collection settings define basic setup related to collection service.

Order settings
Order settings section allows you to configure the ordering flow and other details related to customer ordering experience.

Service Charge
Set up your service charge.

Order notifications
Order notifications is a section where you can set up all necessary information related to how you will be notified of new orders arriving to your store (aside from the Terminal app notifications).

Preorder settings
This section allows you to configure pre-orders, which are all orders made ahead of time.

Store kiosk settings
This section enables you to configure details related to kiosk assigned to your store.

Banking
In the banking section you can assign previously added bank account, which will be used to transfer any revenue made via your store.

Danger zone
Be careful here! Danger zone is a place where you can unpublish your store, or archive the store - in both cases, it will remove it from your website and other channels and you won't be able to take online orders.
